When Rock Bottom Becomes the Launchpad: How My Darkest Chapter Rewrote My Internal Code
Have you ever reached a point where everything you knew—your health, your confidence, your sense of future—simply collapsed?

For me, that moment came during my divorce. What started as a painful separation spiraled into a full-body and mind crisis: severe Adrenal Fatigue, crippling sciatica, dramatic weight loss from stress-induced loss of appetite, and a mental fog so thick I could barely function. As someone who has spent years mastering muscle testing, kinesiology, and the power of meridians and nervous system, I found myself in an ironic bind—I could help others release pain and self-sabotage, but I couldn't seem to fix myself.
It was my personal "dark night of the soul." The old programming—limiting beliefs, avoidance patterns, and unconscious self-sabotage—had taken over. Conscious effort wasn't enough anymore. That's when I turned to something I'd long resisted: hypnosis.

First, let me clear up a common myth: Hypnosis isn't mind control. It's a natural trance state—the same one you slip into when you're "in the zone," daydreaming, or driving home on autopilot. In guided hypnotherapy, we simply bypass the critical conscious mind to communicate directly with the unconscious, where real change happens. It's like updating the software of your nervous system from the inside out.
I started small—listening to online hypnosis tracks for just seven nights before sleep. The results were profound. Clarity returned. Energy crept back. The constant self-pity and overwhelm began to fade. Old, inefficient patterns dissolved, replaced by new beliefs that supported vitality and possibility. My body responded—pain eased, resilience grew—and so did my mindset.
This experience didn't just heal me; it transformed my work. It deepened my understanding that true freedom comes when we address the unconscious roots of pain and limitation—whether through muscle testing to reveal hidden stressors, meridian balancing to restore energy flow, or hypnotic suggestion to rewire limiting beliefs.
Here’s a simple truth I've learned: Your muscles don’t lie. Your meridians reveal energy blocks. And your mindset? It’s often the last to catch up—until you go straight to the source.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like your own expertise isn't reaching your deepest challenges, know this: Rock bottom isn't the end. It's often the beginning of rewriting your story.

P.S. Change doesn't always require force—it often begins with gentle permission to access what's already inside you.
Here are a couple of visuals to help connect the dots: the beautiful flow of meridians in the body, and an inspiring reminder that transformation after hardship is real and powerful.
Meridians move energy and affect the subconscious mind like doing Hypnotherapy easily on yourself with purpose while wide awake !

This is another power tool I used to un-*uck myself :
"Energy Tapping" or Emotional Freedom Techniq (EFT) the founder recently passed - Gary Graig. Who said: "Tap on Anything"
Thank you, Gary for your contribution to humanity!
Try this exercise next time you feel stuck :
Tap the Meridian End Points to move energy!!

(And for anyone who's walked through their own "rock bottom" moment, here's to rising stronger.)

Stay connected, stay curious, and remember: Your best version is already in progress.
